What do I do if I lose or break my card?

No need to worry – we can simply give you a replacement card for the same account. You can get this when you next pop into your local store. If you are placing an online order tick the box ‘Include a new card in my order’ when you come to the online checkout page (this is found under the option ‘I’ve lost my card’).
