How to use the Reset Password Code

So that you can reset your password please follow the steps below:

• If you have forgotten your password, please click on the forgotten password link.
• You will then be emailed a code to reset your password. 
• Once you have requested the password reset, the page will change to like the image below, this is where you need to enter your reset code. Please check your emails using a different tab or window so that this page is still kept open.
• Enter this code on the same page where you requested your code. This does not go in the password box.
