Online - Sign in to your online account linked to your Rewards for Life card and your points will be applied to your account automatically whenever you place an order. You will also be able to see any vouchers that you have left to spend.

In-store - Just scan your physical or digital card which can be found in your welcome email, online account, Holland & Barrett mobile app, Apple Wallet, or Google Pay.
